The people are truly exceptional at RTI. Everyone is so extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. It’s only been a couple of months since I have started at RTI but I already feel like I am at home. Management also goes above and beyond to make sure you are highlighted for your accomplishments. At our company kick-off, they conducted a surprising graduation ceremony for all of the 2020 graduates and I thought that was so extremely thoughtful and fun. Considering how I never got a proper graduation ceremony, this was honestly the best thing that happened that allowed me to celebrate that accomplishment!
