Madeline Kalicka

Madeline Kalicka is a Senior Account Director at Karbo Communications. With a strong focus on B2B clients, Madeline has extensive experience building robust thought leadership campaigns, executing on funding, product, and company announcements, elevating market awareness and brand education, managing analyst relationships and more. Madeline has led successful PR programs for clients that operate in diverse industries including high performance computing (HPC), AI, edtech, fintech, cybersecurity, MarTech, networking, SaaS, retail, greentech and more.

As the day-to-day account lead, she is responsible for executing successful campaigns, media and analyst relations, thought leadership, content development and driving strategic counsel. She has worked to secure coverage for her clients in top tier publications including: Forbes, Wall Street Journal, TechCrunch, VentureBeat and more. Madeline has worked with : Penguin Solutions, Subtext, Incognia, Greensparc, Cornelis Networks, Shipup, RTI, Incognia, Promethean, 8th Wall, Megaport, OPIT and 500 Startups. 

Prior to joining Karbo Communications, Madeline served as a content marketing associate at BioInformatics LLC, a life science research and consulting firm, where she built and managed rich content for the company blog, newsletters, press materials, webinars and report brochures. She created social media platform strategy and content, managed and grew CRM databases, and helped create successful outbound marketing programs that drove warm leads into the company’s sales pipeline.

Madeline holds a B.S. degree in life science communications from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and is based in Washington, D.C. Outside of work she considers herself a movie buff, loves cooking with her husband, trying new restaurants in the city, and spending time with family and her dachshund rescue, Mabel.
